Angie's past nursing experience includes five years in women's health, pediatrics, and internal medicine. During her studies, she obtained widespread training in pediatrics, adult, and family medicine and completed an elective rotation in dermatology, while focusing her graduate research on skin cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment of malignant melanoma, and anti-aging management. Angie's past dermatological experience has allowed her to treat a variety of complex rashes, identify and treat skin cancers and lesions, and manage acne, psoriasis, eczema, and other complex skin conditions. She enjoys participating in the education surrounding preventative skin care and designing an individualized plan.
As a Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in dermatology, Angie is qualified to perform comprehensive dermatological examinations, diagnose, treat, and prescribe appropriate medical therapy to meet your overall skin care needs. She is skilled in performing a variety of procedures that include but are not limited to shave and punch biopsies, surgical excisions, cryotherapy, hyperhidrosis, and photodynamic therapy.
Outside of dermatology, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband Sean and her son Liam. Apart from being a mom she enjoys running, pilates, and traveling with her family.
