Minnesota Dermatology awarded an On-Time Physician Award for 2009
 In a letter dated 5/18/2010, the Patients' Choice group indicated that Dr. Ecker was among the less than 3% of physicians nationally awarded the 2009 On-Time Physician Award. Patients have reported, on average, appointment wait times of less than 10 minutes with us, compared to the national average of over 21 minutes. Who: Friends of Minnesota Dermatology We had a terrific turnout for our Grand Opening! Appetizers and beverages were served, and several great door prizes were available. These included 2 Latisse boxes (eyelash lengthening prescription), Revision Skincare and Glytone products, a Target $50 giftcard, Vanicream gift basket, and Obagi Elastiderm eye cream. BOTOX and Juvederm promotions were offered as well. There were plenty of product samples and a UV booth to see sun damage. Thank you all for coming!

Timely: I got an appointment right away. When I arrived your office was ready.
Effective: As we discussed, the procedure recommended to me makes sense. Thanks for taking the time to become an expert in this procedure.
Efficient: I knew my copay right away. The wireless was great so as to allow me to do other work while I waited.
Equitable: The patient that followed me at my first visit uses a wheelchair for mobility. People with disabilities often get inadequate care. That your office is accessible to all speaks volumes to me, a rehabilitation physician.
Safe: I felt Ashley and Maria's meticulousness had my best interests at heart.
Patient-centered: Your process of informed consent was great. The patient education materials were clear and thorough.
