XTRAC Excimer Laser

Dr. Ecker is named a MPLS.ST.PAUL Magazine 2011 Top Doctor
 On October 20, 2010, Minnesota Dermatology received notification that Dr. Ecker is a recipient of a Top Doctor award for the 2011 MPLS.ST.PAUL Magazine. Each year, the magazine sends out surveys to local physicians asking them to list who they feel should be recipients of this award. The results are tabulated, and those with the most votes receive this award.
Minnesota Dermatology awarded an On-Time Physician Award for 2009
 In a letter dated 5/18/2010, the Patients' Choice group indicated that Dr. Ecker was among the less than 3% of physicians nationally awarded the 2009 On-Time Physician Award. Patients have reported, on average, appointment wait times of less than 10 minutes with us, compared to the national average of over 21 minutes. Hello,
I want to express my appreciation for the services I received from Angie today. I came into the practice to have an [evaluation], and presumed I would get it removed during the appointment... I wanted so desperately to find
relief from something that had impaired my ability to sleep, focus at work, and enjoy myself outside of the office... Like a true professional, Angie calmly explained [my condition and] proceeded to do the best she could to provide me relief... After my visit, ...I felt compelled to reach out and express my sincere thanks for the care I received today, and look forward to visiting Minnesota Dermatology in the future (though hopefully not too often - that probably wouldn't be a good

Timely: I got an appointment right away. When I arrived your office was ready.
Effective: As we discussed, the procedure recommended to me makes sense. Thanks for taking the time to become an expert in this procedure.
Efficient: I knew my copay right away. The wireless was great so as to allow me to do other work while I waited.
Equitable: The patient that followed me at my first visit uses a wheelchair for mobility. People with disabilities often get inadequate care. That your office is accessible to all speaks volumes to me, a rehabilitation physician.
Safe: I felt Ashley and Maria's meticulousness had my best interests at heart.
Patient-centered: Your process of informed consent was great. The patient education materials were clear and thorough.
