BOTOX®
BOTOX® is one of the most commonly utilized treatments in cosmetic dermatology. It is very effective for eliminating moderate to severe frown lines and wrinkles. Fillers
Fillers are effective in replacing lost volume of the face and providing scaffolding onto which new collagen can form. The most common fillers are hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. These have been studied extensively and have been proven to be very safe. The results are often remarkable. BOTOX® can be combined with filler treatments to produce an even more stunning effect. Dr. Ecker prefers Juvederm™ for many applications, but has significant experience with many of the fillers, including Artefill™, Restylane™, Radiesse™, among others. Results can last up to 12 months, but a more typical timeframe is 6-9 months.

Peels
Peels can be very effective for eliminating sun spots, age spots, melasma, fine wrinkles, blemishes, and acne scars. They work by eliminating the top layers of your skin, which can be damaged. The peel process triggers the production of new collagen and elastin and, as a result, erases fine lines and wrinkles, evens out skin discoloration, and improves skin texture. There are several different kinds of peels. Two more commonly utilized ones (superficial to medium depth peels) include glycolic and salicylic acid peels. They are typically performed every 2-4 weeks until the desired results are achieved (typically 4-6 treatments). These prescription peels can achieve a lot where other over the counter options have failed. Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is an effective way to eliminate small to medium veins. The side effects are minimal and the procedure is virtually painless. For the right patient, sclerotherapy can be the most cost-effective technique to eliminate unsightly veins.
